Social Impact Manager
Model
Programs
Leaders of tomorrow
The free SIM Advanced Training Course is the first course in Italy dedicated to training the new professional figure of the Social Impact Manager. A professional capable of designing and managing at a managerial level social impact interventions for sustainable development and digital transition for the Third Sector, businesses and Public Administration. A model destined to revolutionize the way we think about and inhabit communities and territories.
Social Innovation
Shaping Tomorrow’s Path
We drive Italy’s transformation by shaping a new professional figure: the Social Impact Manager. This role is designed to lead fair, inclusive, and sustainable development processes for both public and private entities. We train professionals committed to bringing the concept of the Common Good back to the center of economic and social discourse.
Educating community
Filogaso, the Davos of Social Impact
We choose to take Higher Education away from traditional places by transforming the Foundation's country of origin into a university campus. In Filogaso, we build an educational community, the fruit of the local community that hosts and welcomes future Social Impact Managers and their faculty and the global community that the students themselves -from Italy and abroad-help to create.
“The job of the Social Impact Manager is encapsulated in six functions: defining the social impact strategy, identifying areas of focus, implementing social projects within the organization that create value for the community, measuring and evaluating impact with the definition of performance indicators, communicating social impact, and lastly, working with the various actors, internal and external to the organization, who interact with it to maximize the social impact of activities.”
Renato Loiero, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Higher Education
Building skills, inspiring global thinking
An integrated, cross-cutting, and interdisciplinary training—ranging from Project Management to Civil Economy, Sustainable Finance to Social Impact Communication, and including Fundraising, Impact Marketing, and Stakeholder Engagement—to address global issues with local impact. We bring together academia, the nonprofit sector, and business to ensure excellence in education.
Scholarships
Ensuring the right to development
We offer the entire SIM program completely free of charge, providing all students with scholarships that fully cover tuition and accommodation costs. This free access removes barriers that often hinder entry to advanced education, making it no longer elitist but merit-based. Additionally, the residential format—also free of charge—encourages the exchange of ideas, the development of a sense of community, and solidarity among participants.
