The Augurusa Foundation leads the sustainable initiative that conquers the international stage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

After the great success of the first edition<\/a><\/strong>, the new edition starts in Filogaso (VV)<\/strong>, from September 2 to October 16, 2025<\/strong>, of the free<\/strong> Advanced Training course in Green Social Impact Manager<\/a><\/strong>, promoted by the Augurusa Foundation<\/strong> with the patronage of the Regional Council of Calabria<\/a>, the Province of Vibo Valentia<\/a>, the Municipality of Filogaso<\/a> and UCID<\/a> \u2013 Christian Union of Business Executives<\/strong>, and in collaboration with APCO<\/a> \u2013 Italian Professional Association of Management Consultants, FERPI<\/a> \u2013 Italian Public Relations Federation and Italian Climate Network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

A program<\/strong> designed to train young people<\/strong> ready to lead the ecological and social transition<\/strong> within companies, public administrations<\/strong> and Third Sector<\/strong> organizations.<\/p>\n\n

This new edition marks a natural evolution<\/strong> of the project: even more focused on the themes of sustainability<\/strong>, climate change<\/strong>, circular economy<\/strong> and social justice<\/strong>. The Green Social Impact Manager<\/em> course trains a new professional figure<\/strong>, with environmental specialization<\/strong>, capable of integrating sustainability strategies<\/strong> and social responsibility<\/strong> within organizations. <\/p>\n\n

The course will be held entirely in person in Filogaso<\/strong>, with an intensive and residential<\/strong> format of 280 hours<\/strong> <\/strong>of multidisciplinary training<\/strong>, including lectures, workshops, project work<\/strong> and discussion sessions. The faculty<\/strong> includes global leaders in finance, energy, and innovation<\/strong>: Javiera Bra\u00f1es<\/strong> (IRENA \u2013 IACT), Max Falcone<\/strong> (Connect4Climate \u2013 World Bank Group), Jacopo Bencini<\/strong> (Italian Climate Network), Yohannes Bimrew<\/strong> (HuluSolar), Antonio Piemontese<\/strong> (WIRED) and Renato Loiero<\/strong> (Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister) <\/strong>along with other international experts.<\/p>\n\n

For this second edition, the Augurusa Foundation has opened 27 positions, covering all participation costs<\/strong> and providing free accommodation<\/strong> for non-local students. A real opportunity<\/strong> for those who want to train without economic barriers and experience an immersive and concrete social impact experience<\/strong>, emphasizing the need to combat economic and social marginalization of communities and reverse demographic decline by investing in repopulating territories and supporting territorial competitiveness and local development.<\/p>\n\n

The program<\/strong> is structured in 12 modules<\/strong>, covering topics such as sustainable development planning, corporate sustainability, stakeholder engagement, artificial intelligence<\/strong> and social impact<\/strong>. Upon completion, the most deserving participants will have the opportunity for an internship<\/strong> at the Foundation<\/strong> or with partner organizations<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The free Advanced Training course in Green Social Impact Manager was created as a social project<\/strong> rooted in the territory<\/strong>, aiming to build an educational community<\/strong> and enhance inner areas<\/strong>, creating concrete opportunities for young people<\/strong> and new local development models<\/strong>: a project that promotes social cohesion<\/strong> and invests in territories<\/strong> as active spaces for training, innovation, change, and sustainable development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
