Prefect Colosimo, the Secretary of the Calabrian bishops Msgr. Nostro, and the Vice President of the Italian Episcopal Conference Msgr. Savino protagonists of the Augurusa Foundation’s Green SIM project<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Augurusa Foundation continues to impress with its \u201cFilogaso model.\u201d <\/strong>In the coming days, the town will host meetings and interventions of particular relevance as part of the Green Social Impact Manager (Green SIM)<\/em> Advanced Training course promoted by the Antonio Emanuele Augurusa Foundation<\/strong>, thanks to the on-site participation of authoritative institutional and religious figures who will bring their vision and contribution to the students and the community on the themes of prevention, security, education, and the common good. These interventions are part of the broader dialogue between sustainability, public ethics, and collective responsibility that the Augurusa Foundation launched in recent weeks with the involvement of professionals from the Government, the World Bank, and the United Nations. <\/p>\n\n

The arrival of H.E. Msgr. Attilio Nostro, Bishop of Mileto\u2013Nicotera\u2013Tropea and Secretary of the Calabrian Episcopal Conference (CEC)<\/strong>, is expected for Friday, October 10<\/strong>; at the Church of Sant\u2019Agata in Filogaso, he will provide his teachings on the themes of education and work, sharing reflections and best practices with the young Green SIMs regarding the Global Compact on Education<\/em>\u2014the alliance proposed by Pope Francis around the theme of education\u2014and its 7 commitments to change the world<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n

No less significant will be Tuesday, October 14, with interventions by H.E. Anna Aurora Colosimo, Prefect of Vibo Valentia<\/strong>, and H.E. Msgr. Francesco Savino, Bishop of Cassano all\u2019Jonio and Vice President of the Italian Episcopal Conference (CEI) for Southern Italy<\/strong>. Far beyond an institutional visit, the Prefect will take the floor to bring to the students’ attention the theme of \u201cPrevention and security as fundamental tools for the development and regeneration of territories,\u201d areas that represent a pillar of the Foundation’s mission. Indeed, the ability to combine legality, social cohesion, and sustainable growth constitutes an essential prerequisite for building solid and competitive territorial models. In the same vein, Msgr. Savino will provide a crucial testimony on the values of solidarity, the dignity of work, and the ethics of the economy in light of the Social Doctrine of the Church\u2014essential elements for sustainable development based on transparency, inclusion, and social justice. <\/p>\n\n

These events strongly highlight the impact of the Augurusa Foundation, which is capable of combining a local commitment to its community with a global perspective that brings together key entities and professionals for future development on an international scale.
