Interris.it interviewed <strong>Francesco Augurusa<\/strong>, president of the Antonio Emanuele Augurusa Foundation and National Vice President of the UCID Youth Movement.  <\/em>  \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>What are the characteristics of the \u201cSocial Impact Manager\u201d role?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#606060\"><em>\u201cThey are a professional capable of designing and managing social impact interventions at a managerial level for sustainable development and the digital transition for the Third Sector, businesses, and Public Administration. They work on the creation and dissemination of a shared culture on the themes of sustainability, social responsibility, civil economy, generative restitution, and social justice, and ensure that the operational application of these themes is not perceived by entities as a mere implementation of obligations imposed by regulations, but as an integral part of the development processes of businesses, territories, and communities.
