This is clearly demonstrated by data emerging from the 26th Orientagiovani event promoted by Confindustria and Luiss with the support of Umana and the participation of Unindustria in January 2020. Already at the dawn of the pandemic, Italian entrepreneurs were urgently seeking professional profiles that in more than 1 out of 3 cases were difficult to find. Today, for those under 29, it is even difficult to select 1 out of 2 available positions, because the training offer is lacking especially in the medium-high scientific and technical fields.
