Fondazione Augurusa Official Sponsor of the 2025 Accorinti Award

Fondazione Augurusa Together with UCID to Support Young Leaders of Ethical Business

The Antonio Emanuele Augurusa Foundation had the privilege of being the official sponsor of the fourth edition of the Giuseppe Accorinti Award, organized by the Rome Section of UCID and concluded on Friday, November 28 in Rome. An initiative dedicated to recognizing young entrepreneurs and managers who distinguish themselves through ethical and responsible leadership, becoming reference points for the new Italian leadership class.
The awards were presented to Alessia Palumbo for the “Witness of Creative Work” category and to Fabio Migliorelli for the “Guardian of Responsible Work” category, to whom we extend our congratulations.

Our Foundation’s participation in the Award stems from the deep conviction that supporting young entrepreneurs means investing in the future of the country. As sponsor of the Accorinti Award, we had the privilege of supporting a journey that places merit and the commitment of new generations at its center. During the closing ceremony, our President and National Deputy Vice President of Young Christian Entrepreneurs Francesco Augurusa wished to share a reflection on the educational and social value of this initiative:

Dear friends,

It is with profound joy that, on behalf of the Antonio Emanuele Augurusa Foundation, I extend warm greetings and congratulate the winners of this fourth edition of the Giuseppe Accorinti Award.

Our Foundation, together with the Rome section of UCID, has firmly supported this recognition, which celebrates young entrepreneurs and managers capable of placing work at the service of the community, distinguishing themselves through professional integrity and commitment inspired by the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Church.

Pope Francis, in the encyclical Laudato Sì, reminds us that entrepreneurial activity is a noble vocation: not only the production of wealth, but responsibility toward society and creation. Business is called to generate sustainable development and hope.

The Accorinti Award aims to be a concrete sign of encouragement: to demonstrate that business, guided by values and vision, becomes an instrument of peace, justice, and universal fraternity.

Not only to the winners but also to all participants in the award, I extend the hope that you will continue to embody professional models that unite ethics and innovation, so that work may always be a source of dignity and integral growth. May your witness illuminate the path of other young people, showing that business can truly be a place of solidarity and shared future.

Thank you all for your presence and for your support of this initiative that strengthens, year after year, the bond between business, community, and shared values.

Francesco Augurusa
