Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees provides advisory and strategic input to the Board of Directors, offering guidance on specific projects and initiatives while proposing programs and activities aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

Supervisory Body
The Supervisory Body ensures compliance with legal and statutory regulations, oversees adherence to sound administrative principles, and evaluates the Foundation’s organizational, financial, and accounting structures to guarantee proper governance.

Control and Compliance Functions - Data Protection
The Data Protection Officer monitors compliance with personal data protection regulations with full autonomy and independence. The DPO supports the Foundation in managing risks related to data processing and acts as the point of contact for the Data Protection Authority and data subjects.
