The project to train personnel in the South suitable for our companies

The feedback from the first projects of Virtus Lab has been very positive. This training, mobility, and social and employment inclusion project was launched by Adecco in collaboration with Fondazione Antonio Emanuele Augurusa. The first two training courses, which began on May 30, 2022 in Lamezia Terme and concluded in Reggio Emilia—one for assembly workers lasting 160 hours and the other for mechanical processing workers lasting 200 hours—led to the hiring of 22 people at 9 associated companies between July and August. Adecco hired 15 of them on permanent contracts, beginning the continuous employability path based on developing the specific skills sought in the area, while also ensuring greater stability for the workers themselves. …
