From Filogaso to decision-making tables: the figure of the Social Impact Manager is born in Calabria
An Advanced Training Course with Important Academic Collaborations, Scholarships, and Internships to Train Future Social Impact Professionals

The Antonio Emanuele Augurusa Foundation, in collaboration with Randstad, launches Italy’s first Advanced Training Course for “Social Impact Manager”, an initiative aimed at training professionals capable of guiding companies, Third Sector, and Public Administration in strategic choices related to sustainable development and social responsibility. The course, starting March 10 with 24 available spots (2 reserved for international students), will be held entirely in Filogaso in the province of Vibo Valentia and is free for participants, with the possibility of receiving housing scholarships.
Promoted in collaboration with LUMSA University, Mercatorum University, Weevo Benefit Corporation, the ESG Ability Observatory of Sapienza University of Rome, the Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Managers (UCID) and other academic and business entities, the course responds to the growing demand for specialists in environmental, social, and governance issues. The goal is to train professionals capable of supporting public and private organizations, developing innovative projects and measuring their socio-economic impact.
